**Office Manager**
Debra Wells has proudly been with Lotus since 2013. She is an animal welfare advocate and is enthusiastic about excellent medical care for companion animals and wildlife. She brings experience in office management, development, and communication. After pursing her Bachelors Degree, Debra has worked animal sanctuaries and veterinary hospitals. Originally, a Chicagoland native, Debra is a mother of two boys and a wife. She is also an adoptive mother to her animal crew.

Torey, originally from Queens, New York, now lives in Florida. Her family's love for animals inspired her passion for animal care, shaping her career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Queens College and has over a decade of customer service experience. Torey began her animal care journey by volunteering at the Golden Paw Society, preparing cats for adoption. This led to roles in animal hospitals, where she gained experience in kennel work, assisting veterinarians, and managing reception duties.
In her personal life, Torey enjoys time with her boyfriend and their three cats—Mikey, Conor, and Mr. Rose. She loves exploring new coffee shops and outdoor activities like kayaking. Torey's dedication and experience drive her to make a positive impact on animals and their owners.

Hi! I’m Kelly. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. I have been in the veterinary field since 2007. I attended college in Florida earning my degree in Veterinary Technology in 2013. I am a licensed veterinary technician in the state of Pennsylvania, and I am very excited to join the Lotus team. When I am not working, I keep busy with my twin boys, daughter and all our furry family members. I look forward to helping you and your pets.

Susan Tome is a San Francisco native with 28-years of experience as a veterinary technician and assistant. Susan has a special interest in behavioral training and wildlife. When not working, Susan enjoys cycling, reading, and walking all around the city with her husband, and dog Emily. The Tome household also includes Penny (the cat who thinks she’s a dog), Takezo (a 30-year-old velvet gecko), Hector (a 16-year-old fire-belly toad), and the most recent adoption, Mr. Peabody (a crested gecko).

Hello, I am Jacquelyn! I was born and raised in a small coastal town just south of San Francisco. I have enjoyed being around animals ever since i was a kid and decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine just a little over ten years ago! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my hound, going to the beach, reading, horseback riding and just relaxing! I am thrilled to join Lotus veterinary house call team!

Hi, I’m Isabela! I was born and raised in San Francisco. Growing up I’ve always expressed a deep love for animals and interest working with them. In 2020 I decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine as an assistant. When I’m not helping fur babies I enjoy going on walks with my pup, dancing and binge watching the latest series on Netflix. I’m excited for this new journey with Lotus House Calls.

Lotus Veterinary House Calls is available for appointments, M-F, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. We are available for communication, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and select hours on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Closed on all major holidays.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact or proceed to the nearest Emergency Veterinary Hospital.

We do not perform surgeries, dental cleanings or dental extractions, or images, such as MRI, CT or Radiographs. We do perform abdominal ultrasound’ when scheduled in advance after an initial exam per veterinary recommendation.

We offer house calls. We do not have a hospital clinic. The appointments take place near the comfort of your own home. For special location arrangements, please contact a Lotus representative.
