The Lotus office is closed on Sundays. Please anticipate communication to occur on the following business day. Occasionally, a Lotus representative may check inbound communication on Sunday Early PM.
Lotus will close early: 10/31/24 at 4 pm, 11/29/24 at 4 pm, 12/24/24 at 12:30 pm, 12/31/24 at 2:00 pm.
Lotus will be closed: 11/28/24, 12/25/24, 1/1/25. On 11/29/24 no Veterinarian is available, but we have Assistant appointments & the office will be open.

We provide service in the areas for initial and existing patients: San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Colma, Brisbane. San Bruno, Pacifica and Millbrae. For Existing clients on the Peninsula, we also will see your patients: San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City, San Carlos, Belmont & Redwood Shores.
Initial Clients: If you require Western medicine care & euthanasia services in San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City, San Carlos, Hillsborough, Belmont, Redwood City, Woodside and Emerald Hills, Dr. Tsai sees patients in these areas on select Mondays or Fridays only. (non holistic/non acupuncture care).
Initial Clients: We NO LONGER service these areas for holistic/acupuncture in San Mateo, Burlingame, Foster City, San Carlos, Hillsborough, Belmont & Redwood City. Dr. Dasho & Dr. Feigenbaum do not travel to these areas.
We NO LONGER service these areas for New Clients: Marin County & East Bay for all types of care.
